Due to the personal and hygienic nature of grooming products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any opened, used, or unwanted items once they have shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us through our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.
